Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and courteous switchboard administrator to join our team. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating switchboard equipment, responding to incoming calls, and transferring or redirecting callers as needed.

Regular communication with hospital departments is essential for maintaining accurate records.

The ideal candidate will exercise judgment and initiative in identifying emergency situations from incoming calls and respond immediately according to established protocols.
