Head of Safety, Health and Environment Role
Job Overview:We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our senior leadership team in Oceania. As Head of Safety, Health and Environment, you will develop and implement strategies, policies, and standards that align with our vision, mission, and values.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement SHE Strategies: You will create and enforce policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
- Foster a Culture of Continuous Improvement: You will encourage a culture of learning and development, ensuring employees have the necessary skills to perform their duties safely and efficiently.
- Lead a Team of SHE Professionals: You will oversee a team of professionals responsible for maintaining a safe working environment, minimizing risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in SHE management, preferably in a manufacturing, industrial, or engineering environment. A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field is essential.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- SHE Experience: Proven track record of delivering results in a high-pressure environment.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, science, occupational health and safety, environmental management, or related discipline.
