About The Role

You'll take ownership of our recruitment funnel for high-ticket closers and appointment setters. From reviewing applications and conducting interviews to final selections and onboarding, you'll manage the full process. You'll guide new hires through our SOPs, lead role-play sessions, and get them sales-ready before they transition to our internal team.This is a contract role with flexible hours and a clear scope. Preferably based on the Gold Coast for proximity to our HQ, but open to remote for the right person.

About The Role

You'll take ownership of our recruitment funnel for high-ticket closers and appointment setters. From reviewing applications and conducting interviews to final selections and onboarding, you'll manage the full process. You'll guide new hires through our SOPs, lead role-play sessions, and get them sales-ready before they transition to our internal team.This is a contract role with flexible hours and a clear scope. What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in sales or high-performance recruitment
  • Deep understanding of what makes a successful high-ticket closer or appointment setter
  • Someone who is warm, confident, and naturally great at reading people
  • Experience with onboarding and initial training a huge bonus
  • Driven by results but grounded in empathy
