Job Title:

As a Telecommunications Field Specialist, you will be working in the field to build and maintain telecommunication networks for various clients.

About the Role:
  • You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of services across multiple work types and clients.

The role involves installing, maintaining and decommissioning telecommunication networks, which requires excellent time management skills, good communication skills and the ability to interpret construction plans and documents.

The Field Delivery Team will report into the State Field Delivery Manager and will work across multiple clients and projects.

About You:

  • You must hold a current driver's License
  • Hold HR or higher Truck Licence
  • Construction OH&S Induction Card

Experience:

  • You must have experience in an Infrastructure Services environment

Technical Skills:

  • Ability to interpret construction plans & documents
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Be able to complete pit & pipe installs
  • Duct/conduit repairs
  • Pipe proving
  • Cable hauling
  • Concrete cutting
  • Concrete restorations (footpath panels & pit surrounds)
  • Plant operator
  • Confined space entry
  • Use of power tools & hand tools
