Environmental Consultant and Strategist

As a key professional in contaminated land management, you will be part of a highly skilled team based in Brisbane. This team has achieved significant success in the Defence and mining sectors, with strong demand from QLD Airport precinct clients and extensive hydrogeology work.
This role involves providing strategic leadership in client relationships across Defence, Federal Infrastructure, and QLD Airport precincts. You will serve as the primary point of contact for new partnerships in the mining, industry, and government sectors, guiding delivery teams in PSI/DSI, remediation, PFAS, and hydrogeology programs.
Key responsibilities include shaping the local delivery approach and aligning it with the national offering, partnering with the Program Manager and Technical Director, and stepping in to mentor and steady the ship where needed.
Future opportunities exist for Auditor Assist or QLD EPA Auditor status, contingent upon your interests and qualifications.
Requirements:- Minimum 12 years of experience in CLM/Hydrogeology consulting
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Established credibility among Defence, Infrastructure, or mining clients
- EPA QLD Auditor status or interest in pursuing this pathway
