About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Emergency Response Training Specialist to join our team at Real Response. As a Simulation-Based First Aid Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver simulation-based emergency response training courses to meet the needs of our clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their training needs are met
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement new training programs and materials
  • Conduct training sessions at various client sites throughout Australia and potentially abroad
  • Provide ongoing support and evaluation to clients to ensure they are meeting their training objectives

Requirements:

  • Paramedic, emergency nurse, fire EMR, military medic, or other emergency medical professional with a strong background in emergency response training
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Current police check and working with children's check
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or willingness to undertake this prior to employment
