About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Viticulture Specialist to play a pivotal role in enhancing our technical systems and processes.

This position offers a unique opportunity to combine a passion for research and development with a love for viticulture, contributing to the success of our renowned wines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain compliance with HSE standards
  • Supervise and manage vineyard operations
  • Support vineyard technical programs and projects
  • Collaborate with Vineyard Managers and other stakeholders to identify challenges, opportunities, and needs

About You

You will be someone who loves the outdoors and has a passion for viticulture. As a senior specialist, you will stay up-to-date with current innovation and insights. You will also be able to manage supervision of people, sites, and be organized to meet deadlines. Additionally, you will be open to using new technology and systems, including AI, robotics, and spatial data/maps.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Viticulture, Science, or a closely related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise with stakeholders
  • Ability to withstand moderately physically demanding tasks
  • Ability to lead a team and work well within one
  • Strong problem-solving and data analytics skills
