As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the centre, supporting staff in each section, and promoting a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the launch and daily operations of the Pre-Delivery Centre
  • Support and guide staff in each section to ensure efficient vehicle preparation and delivery
  • Assist with vehicle diagnostics and troubleshooting
  • Promote a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Coordinate the pre-delivery and accessories teams to ensure timely and accurate vehicle preparation
  • Liaise effectively with sales and service teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Ensure staff meet deadlines for vehicle delivery, reconditioning, and RWC (Roadworthy Certificate) requirements
  • Oversee stock control and inventory management for parts storage

Requirements

  • Trade-qualified Automotive Technician with strong pre-delivery experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software
  • Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Commitment to excellent customer service and a safe work environment
