Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional service standards to tenants and property owners, addressing day-to-day issues and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, lease administration, and reporting standards to ensure seamless operations.
  • Oversee rental collections, outgoings, and recoverable costs with a focus on arrears control to maximize returns.
  • Collaborate with property teams to develop and implement annual operating plans.
  • Efficiently process invoices, raise work orders, and manage debtors to maintain optimal cash flow.

Requirements
