Property Portfolio Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Property Portfolio Manager to assume key responsibilities in managing a high-quality portfolio.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage landlord and tenant relationships efficiently
  • Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and compliance tasks
  • Conduct routine inspections and oversee lease renewals
  • Handle rent reviews and arrears management
  • Liaise with trades and attend to any tribunal matters as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven property management experience (minimum 3 years)
  • Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Reliable vehicle and driver's licence
  • Proactive, professional, and client-focused approach
