
Employee Liaison and Administration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled HR professional to fill the role of Employee Liaison and Administration Specialist.
">This is an exceptional opportunity to join our team as we continue to deliver high-quality NDIS support and care work. The successful candidate will have a good balance of recurring HR work, with a strong focus on recruitment, onboarding, ongoing training, and team culture.
">Kairos Care is a registered NDIS Provider that delivers personalized and skilled support services to vulnerable individuals and their families, enabling them to live independent and productive lives.
">The Role">This position will report directly to the CEO and is responsible for managing all Recruitment and interviewing processes, employee onboarding and inductions, compliance and training of all staff members, implementation and follow-up of recruitment campaigns, and HR administration.
">As part of our team, you will be working closely with the Director and Operations Care team to determine specific recruitment needs and complex case management.

- Posting job advertisements on various job boards and recruitment platforms.">
- Completing the entire interviewing to onboarding process.">
- Implementing HR initiatives and reviewing, creating, and streamlining processes and procedures.">
- Managing and facilitating orientation schedules for new hires.">
- Managing work health & safety requirements.">
- Anticipating and proactively coming up with projects related to People and Culture.">
- Conducting performance reviews with each head of department.">
- Identifying and providing training requirements/needs.">

">Fulfilling other duties as required by management and other department personnel as requested/required.
">Qualifications and Experience:">- Cert IV in Human Resources, Business Admin, or equivalent experience.
">- Minimum three year's experience in a similar role within Australia.
">- Strong knowledge of computer cloud-based systems, e.g., Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office, Dropbox, Google Drive, and HRIS systems.
">- Strong knowledge of Recruitment processes including onboarding, interviewing, and staff screening processes.

">- Be able to acquire a Working with Children's Check, NDIS Workers Screening, and a National Police Check.
