Job Opportunity

This is a permanent part-time opportunity based in Western Sydney. As a Patient Liaison Officer, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to patient inquiries with accurate and thorough information.
  • Manage the patient onboarding process, including registration and compliance checks.
  • Book appointments, send reminders, follow up referrals, and liaise with doctors.
  • Maintain relationships with medical, nursing, scientific, and administrative staff.
Requirements

  • Patient confidentiality must be upheld at all times.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment is essential.
