Lead Transformation and Technology Strategist

This is an opportunity to spearhead a business transformation, driving meaningful change across an organisation. As a key member of the executive team, you will develop and implement a technology strategy that aligns with the organisation's vision.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Replacing outdated systems and CRM solutions to deliver seamless customer-centric processes.

  • Designing and implementing an enterprise data governance model to enhance decision-making capabilities.

  • Overhauling customer-facing and field service tools to streamline workflows and integrate with partners.

  • Uplifting cybersecurity, governance, and operating model maturity to reduce risk and increase resilience.

  • Coaching and capability-building to create a future-ready internal function.

This transformation will yield significant business impact across four core pillars:

  • Technology Enablement: digitising workflows and replacing outdated systems.

  • Data Maturity: moving towards an enterprise-grade governance model.

  • Customer & Staff Experience: embedding tools and processes that enhance staff productivity.

  • Operational Resilience: strengthening security, governance, and continuity frameworks.
