Key Responsibilities- Answering calls from all over Australia with a high level of accuracy and efficiency
- Connecting emergency calls to Police, Fire, or Ambulance dispatchers in a timely and effective manner
- Providing consistent and high-quality service to customers, ensuring they are treated with empathy and respect
- Ability to work on a rotating roster and be flexible with availability
- Willingness to attend all scheduled training sessions and achieve a satisfactory pass to begin the role
- Commitment to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week
- Previous experience in Contact Centre, Customer Service, or Hospitality is preferred
- Excellent customer service, communication, and active listening skills
- Ability to follow protocols and procedures
- Strong computer literacy skills
- Strong Geography skills
- Reliability and flexibility
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- A high level of resilience
- A strong team player
