Business Development Opportunity

Icon Cancer Centre Australia is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Medical Liaison Officer to play a pivotal role in expanding our business and enhancing patient care across our network.

The Opportunity

As a Medical Liaison Officer, you will collaborate closely with site managers to implement strategic plans aimed at fostering sustainable growth for Icon and its practitioners. You will be instrumental in executing and reporting on site, doctor, and portfolio strategies to achieve business development objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Contribute to strategic and operational plans, execute targeted growth strategies, and monitor market trends to optimise referrals and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong connections with key stakeholders including specialists, healthcare providers, and referrers through collaborative initiatives, educational programs, and Multidisciplinary Meetings held by Icon Cancer Centre.
  • Marketing and Communications: Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and participate in PR activities to enhance Icon's market presence.

Requirements:

  • Current open driver's license.
  • Proven success in business growth strategies, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and experience in healthcare or related fields preferred.

Desired Attributes:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, or a Health-related discipline.
  • Familiarity with Cancer Care Continuum and relevant healthcare regulations.
