Strategic Contact Centre Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Strategic Contact Centre Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Senior Leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our sales contact centre.
About the Role- Lead the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure agents meet sales targets while maintaining high-quality customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the Call Centre Manager to recruit, onboard, and foster a high-performance culture among agents.
- Improve training programs to support agent growth and optimise team performance.
- Cultivate an engaging remote work environment that promotes communication, innovation, and success.
- Identify and implement opportunities for operational efficiency within the contact centre.
- Evaluate and adopt new technologies that enhance operational efficiency and agent productivity.
- Utilise call centre metrics to inform strategic decision-making and drive performance improvements.
- Proven leadership experience in coaching and operational management within a sales contact centre environment.
- Demonstrated success in managing and scaling contact centre sales teams.
- Ability to thrive in a remote setting while actively engaging in team development.
- Familiarity with contact centre software, CRM tools, sales tracking systems, and reporting tools.
