About This Role

This is a pivotal position within our organization where you will be responsible for translating and migrating payroll data to ensure seamless integration with our new system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transform payroll data into a compatible format to facilitate smooth migration.
  • Collaborate with payroll specialists to validate data structures and guarantee accuracy.
  • Analyze payroll data to identify discrepancies and execute rigorous validation processes.
  • Map payroll codes and structures to ensure consistency, compliance, and a successful migration.
  • Maintain clear documentation, provide progress reports, and offer support throughout the migration process.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in data analysis, transformation, and migration, particularly with payroll data.
  • Mastery of Excel for complex data manipulation and reporting.
  • Experience with payroll systems or HRIS is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional attention to detail to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
  • Ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams and resolve complex data issues in a fast-paced environment.
