**Job Title:** Security Risk Mitigator

As a Security Risk Mitigator, you will play a crucial role in promoting safety and security across the store. Your key responsibility will be to mitigate risk through overt and covert operations, as well as implement Stock Loss Management policies and procedures.

To succeed in this role, you must have strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and pay close attention to detail. You should also possess initiative and adaptability, with the ability to thrive in an environment where no two days are the same.

The ideal candidate will have experience in stock loss management, surveillance operations, and risk mitigation. They will also be able to work effectively with centre management, local police, and other retailers to maintain a safe and secure environment.

**Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and implement risk management policies
  • Incident reporting both internal & external
  • Store safety management
  • Contractor compliance
  • Relationship building with centre management, local police & other retailers
  • Inventory management
  • WHS representative
  • Operation of cameras & surveillance (overt & covert)

**Required Qualifications:

  • Security License
  • First Aid Certificate
