Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our management team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for upholding store standards, achieving sales targets, and promoting a customer-centric culture.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coach others. You will also have a passion for delivering high-quality customer service, visual merchandising flair, and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service and Sales: Provide exceptional customer service that grows sales and builds loyalty.
  • Achieve sales targets by utilizing effective sales strategies and techniques.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with their queries.
  • Ensure efficient use of our point-of-sale system to streamline transactions.
  • Follow merchandising and store standards to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Support the store manager and store team to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • A proven track record of leading and managing within a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Able to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
