About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Consultant to join our team in Telstra's Tweed City store.

As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by providing expert advice on telecommunications products and services. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stay up-to-date with product and service information to ensure accurate and informed advice is provided to customers
Requirements
  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in a retail or sales environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
