Job Description

As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will be working in a fast-paced retail environment, interacting with customers, and providing solutions to their needs. You will be trained on the latest cutting-edge tech and gadgets, and will have the opportunity to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

You will be responsible for:

  • Building relationships with customers and understanding their needs
  • Identifying opportunities to sell products and services that meet customer needs
  • Providing solutions to customers and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build relationships with customers and understand their needs
  • Drive to reach and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the role
  • Experience in a customer-facing role
