As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading your team to create exceptional customer experiences and driving business outcomes for your store.

Your role will involve:

  1. Embedding a culture that fosters engagement, customer focus, and results-driven teamwork within your store.
  2. Developing and enabling your team members to deliver customer excellence while achieving store results through clear direction and operational excellence.
  3. Identifying trade opportunities and finding solutions to improve the customer experience and store results.
  4. Managing store schedules and wages effectively to achieve productivity and wage targets.
  5. Advocating for the Cotton On Group Foundation and leading your team in making a positive impact on our projects around the world.
