Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer service and create magical moments for visitors.
  • Operational Management: Manage daily operations, rosters, and workflow to ensure smooth delivery of services.
  • Visitor Engagement: Welcome families and maintain a joyful and merry atmosphere throughout the festive season.
  • Energy and Positivity: Bring energy and maintain positivity even on the busiest days to keep operations running smoothly.

About You:

You will inspire, support, and lead your team of elves to create magical moments for all of Santa's visitors. You'll be the calm through the dynamic festive season, keeping operations running smoothly and ensuring the magic never fades.

The ideal candidate is a leader who inspires and supports those around them, great with people and pets of all ages, organised, adaptable, and calm under pressure. They should have excellent communication skills and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
