Job Title: Workplace Experience Officer

This role is a customer centric position responsible for delivering exceptional service to clients throughout the office operation.

  1. Dedicated to providing high level service in all aspects of the contract.
  2. Assist and support client deliverables in every way possible.
  3. Responsible for various reporting of office work, security, workplace safety, stock and maintenance; coordinating subcontractors on site, ensuring the corporate floor maintains a high level of appearance, supporting document management, mail management, placing orders using adequate platforms, liaising with suppliers and other workplace support.
  4. Ensure cleanliness and overall organization of all areas of the office at all times including reception, meeting rooms and general common areas.
  5. Direct incoming calls to the appropriate parties.
About You:

Applicants should have experience in similar roles or industries, as well as strong customer service backgrounds.

  1. Ability to build effective relationships with clients, visitors, vendors, landlords and colleagues while self-managing, working cooperatively and having a flexible approach to functioning under pressure.
  2. Deliver the highest level of customer service in a constantly changing environment with an emphasis on consistency, flexibility and time management.
  3. Possess highly developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to consult with clients and colleagues at all levels.
  4. Hold intermediate to advanced MS Office skills.
