About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Customer Success Manager to join our team at Accoravillage. As a key member of our Customer Success and Technical Deployments team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the successful deployment and adoption of our security services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers on the deployment and configuration of our security services.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their security needs and develop customized solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless customer onboarding and adoption.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our security services to customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging threats to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
  • Develop and deliver training and education programs to customers on our security services and best practices.
  • Conduct regular customer health checks and provide actionable insights to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work closely with our sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • University degree or college diploma in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in information security, customer success, or a related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge of security industry best practices and procedures.
  • Experience managing customer-facing implementation projects, customer service, account management, or customer success.
  • Understanding of UNIX and Windows-based operating systems.
  • Experience with Log Management and/or SIEM technologies.
  • Experience with developing security and compliance use cases.
  • Strong customer relationship skills and ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
