Data Centre Construction Lead

This is a senior-level position within our organisation, requiring an individual with extensive knowledge and experience in data centre construction management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical and mechanical engineering, as well as excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective project plans to ensure timely completion and delivery of high-quality services.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives, including MEP installation and commissioning on complex projects.
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance overall project performance and knowledge sharing.
Essential Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as electrical or mechanical engineering.
  • No less than 5 years of experience in MEP services management, preferably in data centre construction.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
