We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as an Account Executive. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
The Role:
- Develop and execute targeted sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
- Conduct needs analysis and identify potential solutions to meet the needs of our clients
- Present product demonstrations and provide training on our eLearning solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of our services
- Negotiate and close deals within defined sales territories
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in sales or account management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with a strong drive for results
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales methodologies
