Job Title: Account Manager for Personal Lines

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify clients' insurance requirements and provide them with clear and detailed information about available coverage options.

- Review and assess the current coverages of existing clients and recommend updates and changes in coverage as needed.

- Process policy renewals, ensuring that clients are informed about upcoming renewals and options.

- Assist clients in making coverage changes, endorsements, and policy updates.

- Provide clients with assistance and clarification regarding billing questions and issues.

Qualifications/Requirements:

- In-depth knowledge and understanding of various insurance coverages, policies, and terms.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to convey complex insurance information in a clear and understandable manner.

- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.

- Proven ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.

- Keen attention to detail when reviewing policies and documents.

- Analytical skills to analyze complex insurance situations and propose effective solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Active Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance License.

- Previous experience in personal lines insurance and account management.

- Above average computer skills with the capacity to master essential software programs.
