About the Role

As an Insurance Broker, you will play a vital role in servicing and growing client portfolios, providing expert advice on insurance products in financial lines. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining and developing business relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Identifying and mitigating insurable risks, designing tailored insurance solutions, and securing optimal deals in the global market.
  • Building and maintaining successful partnerships with underwriting teams.
  • Supporting senior brokers and claims professionals as required.
  • Cross-selling insurance products to a targeted client database.
  • Managing budgets, business plans, quotes, policy preparation, and debtor accounts.
  • Promoting the organization's brand and personal profile within the local business community.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with experience in similar roles, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry. Key requirements include:

  • Tier 1 insurance broking certification or willingness to obtain it.
  • A passion for client service and sales.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
