Our client operates several multi-franchised dealerships and is seeking an experienced candidate to lead one of their new acquisitions, covering two major European brands. This is a unique opportunity for a hands-on candidate looking for a bespoke career opportunity.

Based in a coastal region, the ideal candidate will focus on the front end of the business, with opportunities for growth. They will work closely with the group's senior management team to develop the presence of these brands, primarily in the front end of the business.

This is a unique opportunity to join a large, well-regarded automotive group, with potential for fantastic future career growth. The candidate will take over from the existing Manager, who has been with the brand for many years and is retiring.

As this is a smaller site, prior or current experience as a Sales Manager or General Sales Manager in a retail dealership would be ideal for this position. This is a great opportunity to step into a growing, privately-owned business that's expanding its operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability

Requirements

• Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the automotive industry
