Job Overview

The position of Inventory Coordinator involves receiving, storing and organizing all materials under the supervision of senior staff and in conjunction with our operations team. The successful candidate will ensure a safe working environment through adherence to HACCP and WHS policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify all merchandise/goods against purchase orders and store them correctly.
  • Maintain Invoice and incoming/outgoing goods logs.
  • Responsible for delivering goods to storage areas or events on a daily basis.
  • Ensure stock rotation for multiple departments.
  • Coordinate exhibition and concert setup/breakdown while working with events services team.
  • A combination of physically demanding tasks and computer-based work.
Requirements
  • Effective communication and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of safe handling/lifting procedures beneficial.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate required.
  • Availability to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings and weekends.
