Customer Service Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused professional to lead our Customer Service Team in delivering exceptional service experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer repairs and servicing, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and agents to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Keep customers informed of repair status and provide proactive communication.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including invoicing, claims, and reporting.
  • Provide regular reports on service performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in retail or administration.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to think critically and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
  • Experience with Australian Consumer Law is desirable but not essential.
