
Lead Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused professional to lead our Customer Service Team in delivering exceptional service experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage customer repairs and servicing, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Coordinate with suppliers and agents to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Keep customers informed of repair status and provide proactive communication.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including invoicing, claims, and reporting.
- Provide regular reports on service performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in retail or administration.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to think critically and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Experience with Australian Consumer Law is desirable but not essential.
