About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Document Support Officer to join our team at Northrop Grumman. As a key member of our Quality and Mission Assurance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Document Management System.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day execution of the Document Management System, ensuring timely reviews and updates of documents and utilizing version controls to prevent unintended use of obsolete versions.
  • Collaborate with document authors, reviewers, and owners to ensure seamless document lifecycle management.
  • Contribute to the improvement of our Quality Management System, identifying areas for process enhancement and implementing changes as needed.

Requirements

  • A strong background in business administration or document control, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.

Clearance Requirements

A Defence security clearance is required for this role, and you must be an Australian Citizen. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) are applicable, and your nationality may be a factor in determining your suitability for this role. You will also need to satisfy police checks and employment screening verification.
