About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled Defence Capability Optimisation Specialist to join our team at Northrop Grumman. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a critical role in identifying opportunities to optimise and improve logistics, supply chain, and procurement processes and strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake analyses of proposed Sovereign Defence Industry (SDI) Initiatives and Industry Support Strategies (ISS)
- Collate findings and present recommendations to an Initiative Review Board (IRB) for approval or further action
- Develop and implement strategies to improve logistics and procurement processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and implementation of initiatives
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have at least 5 years of experience in a defence-based logistics role or a similar commercial role in a complex capital asset environment. You will have a good understanding of defence capability and be able to meet deadlines and achieve objectives. You will also have strong stakeholder engagement skills and demonstrated strength in verbal and written communication.
