Financial Process Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Accounts Payable professional to take ownership of the entire AP function.
- This is an excellent opportunity for accounting juniors who wish to step up and manage end-to-end processes in Finance.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in AP or Accounts Assistant functions, with a proven track record of handling high volumes of work. They will be able to hit the ground running and thrive in a shared services environment.
Responsibilities:
- Process all invoices and payments to suppliers.
- Ensure accurate entry, batching, and coding of invoices.
- Handle client and supplier queries efficiently.
- Assist team members with record keeping and document management.
- Contribute to monthly reporting and reconciliation processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience dealing with high-volume work.
- Ability to thrive in a shared services environment.
- Strong attention to detail and effective stakeholder management skills.
- SAP and strong Excel skills highly desirable.
KPIs:
- Timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Absolute accuracy in invoice entry, batching, and coding.
