Job Description:

The Finance Systems and Process Lead plays a critical role in managing and optimising financial systems, processes and reporting frameworks to support operational efficiency, compliance and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Lead development and governance of financial reports and dashboards (Power BI, ERP) to deliver timely insights for decision-making.">
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops to define requirements and drive process improvements in line with best practice.">
  • Act as primary liaison between finance, business units and vendors to ensure clear communication and delivery of business outcomes.">
  • Conduct gap analyses of processes and systems to identify and implement improvements.">
  • Enhance financial processes (budgeting, forecasting, reporting) to streamline workflows and boost efficiency.">
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships, coach for change and resolve finance-related issues collaboratively.">

Requirements:

A relevant tertiary qualification in finance, accounting, business or information systems is required. CPA or CA qualification is highly regarded. Demonstrated experience in the implementation, configuration and optimisation of financial systems including data migration, user acceptance testing and system training.
