As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing home care services to clients in their own homes. This role involves cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces, changing bed linen, making beds, and ensuring overall comfort and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize all areas of the home according to schedules.
  • Change bed linen, make beds, and ensure overall comfort and hygiene.
  • Assist with laundry, ironing, and other household tasks.
  • Ensure client safety and well-being at all times.

This role involves traveling between clients' homes, using your own car. Services are generally between 8am-4pm, Monday to Friday.

Requirements
  • Hold a current Australian Federal Police Clearance.
  • Hold a current CPR / First Aid Certificate.
  • Have a NDIS Workers Screening Check or be willing to obtain one.
  • Hold a current Australian Driver's Licence.
  • Have a reliable, registered, and insured vehicle (comprehensive insurance required).
  • Have a smartphone with internet access.

As a Support Worker, you will be flexible and prepared to meet the changing needs and schedules of our home care clients. You will also be empathetic and resourceful, committed to delivering exceptional care and support.
