Main Responsibilities:

  • Establish best practices and strategic frameworks to elevate ideation, briefing, and cross-team collaboration.
Required Skills:
  • A minimum of 5 years in a Strategy, Planning, or Commercial role within a Media, Creative, PR Agency, or Publishing business.
  • A proven track record of supporting pitches, leading strategy development, or packaging new ideas into commercial offerings.
  • Familiarity with media tools such as Roy Morgan, Nielsen AdIntel, IPSOS, GA4, SimilarWeb, Sensor Tower, or social listening platforms.
  • Experience developing strategic narratives, collaborating on campaign development, and measuring performance outcomes.
  • A strong commercial thinker with experience in both brand and performance media strategy.
  • Able to communicate complex concepts with clarity, both in writing and presentations.
  • Confident in interpreting audience, client, and category insights to shape solutions.
  • Skilled in cross-functional collaboration, able to connect creative, editorial, commercial, and product ideas.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity, with a bias for experimentation and continuous improvement.
