About This Opportunity

Are you a process management expert with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret legislation? We are seeking a Senior Process Officer to join our team and contribute to the development of operational processes, policies, and resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, review, and improve operational process documents to ensure compliance with legislative, financial, and administrative frameworks.
  • Contribute to the development and review of Commission-wide policies and resources, providing high-quality input that incorporates operational insights, legislative understanding, and stakeholder perspectives.
  • Maintain various registers, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with recordkeeping and governance standards.
  • Respond to ad-hoc requests for process-related information and resources, exercising sound judgement, effective prioritisation, and discretion to ensure timely and appropriate outcomes.

  • A proactive approach to continuously evaluating practices and procedures.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret relevant legislation and provide analysis, insights, and guidance on their implications.

What We Offer
  • A salary between $96,503 - $108,869 per annum depending on skills and experience.
