Front Office Receptionist Job Opportunity


We are seeking a Front Office Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our park. Your key responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service, processing guest check-ins and outs, accurately using the booking system to make reservations and manage accounts, coordinating with the Housekeeping team to track readiness of accommodation, supplying guests information regarding property and local areas of interest, and completing the day-to-day office administration.


Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or comparable Reservation Booking System.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed.
  • Current driver's license essential.

Additional Information

The role may involve manual handling tasks, lifting up to 20 kg, kneeling and squatting, as well as handling chemicals and utilising machinery. A Federal Police Clearance is required prior to receiving a job offer.
