Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager

Job Description:

This is a key role in driving the growth of our international freight forwarding business. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in B2B international freight forwarding sales, with experience managing large account relationships and building strong commercial acumen.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, as well as a sound understanding of international trade, Incoterms, and customs brokerage processes.

They will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across various industry verticals, taking ownership of high-value commercial relationships, and developing tailored solutions for clients across air and ocean freight.

Additionally, they will lead client proposal development including quoting, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations, drive strategic sales plans aligned with business objectives and GP targets, and thrive in a collaborative environment where their ideas are heard.
