Job Description

The role of a Campaign Lead is to develop and execute advertising strategies for consumer education campaigns. This includes leading the conception to delivery process for multi-year campaigns, leveraging market research to inform strategic direction, and developing campaign planning cycles.

Critical aspects of this role include providing high-level expert advice and support to senior executives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated activities, and developing effective and efficient consumer education advertising campaigns that comply with relevant guidelines.

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications or public relations
  • At least 7-10 years of experience working for listed corporate or consumer brands or large government agencies
  • Demonstrated excellent written verbal, analytical and presentation skills designed to influence decisions
  • Experience working in a large and agile organisation in a regulated industry
  • Expertise in bringing brands to life through storytelling
  • Executive-level communication, collaboration, and influencing skills
  • Experience managing and developing high performing teams by driving clear direction and leaning into coaching and development opportunities
