The Senior Security Officer is a leadership position within the security department, responsible for providing high-quality security services across the hospital. This role involves supervising and leading Security Officers, providing administrative support to the Security Manager, and contributing to the overall success of the Security Department.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and lead Security Officers in delivering security services
- Provide administrative support to the Security Manager
- Contribute to the development and implementation of security policies and procedures
- Maintain effective working relationships with senior management and stakeholders
- Develop and maintain knowledge of hospital security systems and procedures
- Numerous years of experience as a Security Officer or in a similar role
- Proven ability to manage teams and prioritize tasks effectively
- Demonstrated knowledge of security procedures and protocols
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently or as part of a team
