Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 5 Site Supervisors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with internal departments through weekly meetings to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide ongoing training and development for the team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered in line with Nobul's values and standards.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience working as a Construction Manager or Senior Management in a project home building environment.
  • Experience managing a team of 3 or more Supervisors.
  • Experience in managing 60+ homes under construction concurrently.
  • Trade Qualified Carpenter is desired.
  • QBCC Site Supervisors license is essential.
  • Ability to think on your feet and effectively problem solve.
