About the company

Found People is a leading recruitment agency with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. We are currently seeking an experienced Project Director to join our Brisbane Head Office team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver large-scale fit-out projects with budgets ranging from $100k to $80m
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Provide full scope and feasibility of works
  • Support in the delivery of supply and installation projects
  • Contract administration, invoicing, and project variation management
  • Problem-solving and developing swift solutions to on and off-site issues
  • Monitor job progress against program, keep stakeholders updated, and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Ensure the highest standards of health and safety are considered as a priority throughout all stages of the project

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10+ years overall experience in the construction industry, with 5+ years in a similar role
  • Strong interpersonal relationship skills
  • From a Trade or Shopfitting background
  • Experience in Hospitality, Education, and Aged Care
