Deliver High-Impact Research and Stakeholder Engagement

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to play a key part in delivering high-impact research and stakeholder engagement that enhances the performance and visibility of our sustainable and impact funds.

In this role, you will apply your knowledge and expertise to analyse ESG, sustainability, and impact factors for securities, conduct research to support the use of positive and negative screening in investment products, and support and participate in thematic research programs.

You will also work collaboratively with our team to support their ESG, sustainability, and impact goals, and contribute to the development of effective strategies to drive positive change.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply proprietary assessment frameworks to analyse ESG, sustainability, and impact factors for securities.
  • Conduct research to support the use of positive and negative screening in investment products.
  • Support and participate in thematic research programs.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to support ESG, sustainability, and impact goals.

What We're Looking For:

  • A bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline.
  • Postgraduate qualifications in environment, sustainability, social policy, or a related field are highly regarded.
  • Approximately 2 to 3 years of experience with sustainability or ESG-related issues.

The ideal candidate should have strong research and analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proven organisational and information management capabilities. Knowledge of investment markets is preferred, along with a collaborative mindset and passion for driving positive change.
