This permanent full-time role offers 38 hours of work per week in Sydney, with a competitive pay rate that includes penalty rates, overtime, and allowances, as well as superannuation.

About the Position:

You will report to the Operations Manager and oversee various aspects of horticultural activities and operations at multiple sites. As a leader, you will manage teams, prioritize tasks, and ensure efficient and safe operations.

Key Responsibilities:

">

- Oversee team performance to maintain high-quality output and efficiency

">

- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to develop and implement safe work practices

">

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any concerns

">

- Participate in toolbox meetings to discuss safety updates and best practices

">

- Identify potential hazards and report them promptly to relevant stakeholders

">

About You:

- Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens

- Valid White Card

">

- Valid Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain

- Valid Drivers' license

- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with demonstrated ability to motivate and develop team members
