Electrical Production Specialist

We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team and advance our manufacturing processes. As an Electrical Production Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of production orders and meeting business contractual commitments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with electrical production work on site and in the field
  • Ensure production workflow complies with established health, safety, and environmental standards
  • Oversee production assets to ensure equipment is serviced at recommended intervals
  • Ensure the accuracy and timely completion of work orders with optimal use of resources
  • Coordinate production schedules daily and weekly to meet customer requirements
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment on site
  • Manage business operations in accordance with quality standards
  • Serve as a point of escalation for problems/issues to ensure prompt resolution
  • Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitor expenses and assets to meet goals
  • Maintain systematic audit trails for accurate inventory in the production cell
  • Generate manufacturing metrics as requested by management
  • Strive to improve efficiency and quality through processes and procedures
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Associate Diploma in Production/Engineering or relevant manufacturing experience
  • Understanding of production methodology and equipment maintenance
  • Restricted Electrical license preferred
Special Requirements:
  • NSW Driver's License
