Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Production Specialist to lead day-to-day operations within our manufacturing and fabrication team.

  • Manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery of electrical panels
  • Oversee procurement activities to maintain material availability
  • Collaborate with internal teams on project reviews, planning, and delivery
  • Monitor job progress, track costs, and provide regular performance reporting
About You
  • Degree or Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
  • Proven experience in production, project, or site management—ideally in electrical manufacturing or HV infrastructure
  • Strong knowledge of panel builds, switchboards, or industrial electrical systems
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage workshop teams
