Electrical Manufacturing Associate

Are you a motivated and skilled professional looking to join a dynamic team? We have an exciting opportunity for an Electrical Manufacturing Associate to play a pivotal role in our manufacturing processes.

The ideal candidate will have experience with production methodology and equipment maintenance, as well as a strong understanding of quality standards. They will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of production orders, meeting business contractual commitments, and driving continuous improvement while adhering to health, safety, and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with electrical production work on site and in the field
  • Ensure production workflow complies with quality guidelines
  • Oversee production assets to ensure equipment is serviced at recommended intervals
  • Coordinate production schedules daily and weekly to meet customer requirements
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment on site
  • Manage business operations in accordance with quality standards
  • Serve as a point of escalation for problems/issues to ensure prompt resolution
  • Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Associate Diploma in Production or relevant manufacturing experience
  • Understanding of production methodology and equipment maintenance
  • Restricted Electrical license preferred
Special Requirements:
  • NSW Driver's License
